These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including (1) EazTa, an AI-powered phone ordering service for restaurants, and (2) OnIt (also referred to as EazTa OnIt), an AI-powered voice reminder assistant. By using either service, you agree to these Terms.

Consent: You consent to receive SMS messages from EAZTA when you (a) verbally request them during a call (e.g., asking for a menu to be texted, or asking OnIt to "text me" your reminders), or (b) text the keyword START to our OnIt toll-free number to opt into SMS-based reminder delivery.

All content, features, and functionality of the EAZTA services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, voice personas (such as Grace), and software, are owned by EAZTA and are protected by intellectual property laws.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
