EAZTA ("we," "our," or "us") operates two services: (1) EazTa, an AI-powered phone ordering service for restaurants; and (2) OnIt (also referred to as EazTa OnIt), an AI-powered voice reminder assistant. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use either service.

EAZTA is a sole proprietorship operated by Pascal Bonifay, located at 1060 S Cochran Avenue, Apt 2, Los Angeles, CA 90019.

1. Information We Collect

When you call a restaurant using EazTa, we may collect:

• Phone Number: Your caller ID is automatically captured when you call
• Name: If you provide your name during the call
• Order Information: Items you order, order history, and preferences
• Dietary Restrictions: Any food allergies or dietary preferences you share
• Communication Records: Call transcripts and SMS messages

When you call our toll-free number to use OnIt, we may collect:

• Phone Number: Your caller ID is automatically captured when you call
• Name: If you provide your name during the call
• Reminder Content: The descriptions, dates, and times of reminders you create
• Timezone: Your stated or inferred timezone, used to schedule reminders accurately
• Communication Records: Call transcripts and SMS messages

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Process and fulfill your food orders (EazTa) or schedule and deliver your reminders (OnIt)
• Personalize your experience (remembering your name, preferences, default reminder time)
• Send you SMS messages containing menus, order confirmations, reminder content, or service-related notifications, only when you request them or as part of an explicitly opted-in reminder
• Improve our AI services and operations
• Communicate with you about your orders or reminders

SMS Messaging: We will only send you text messages when you explicitly request them — for example, by asking to receive a menu via text during an EazTa call, or by texting the keyword START to our OnIt number, or by saying "text me" during an OnIt call to opt into receiving reminders by SMS in addition to or instead of voice, or by submitting the opt-in form at eazta.com/onit-sms-signup.html. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

3. SMS Messaging Terms

By requesting to receive text messages from us, you agree to the following:

• Message frequency varies based on your requests and the reminders you set
• Message and data rates may apply
• You can opt out at any time by texting STOP
• You can get help by texting HELP
• We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes

We will never sell, share, or distribute your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. Information Sharing

We share your information only with:

• Partner Restaurants (EazTa only): To fulfill your orders
• Service Providers: Companies that help us operate our services (telephony, SMS delivery, AI voice services, hosting)
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Reminder content for OnIt is retained while a reminder is active and for a reasonable period afterward to enable history and personalization. Order history for EazTa is retained to improve your experience with personalized recommendations. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see Section 7).

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
